"Got the tickets, but the email sequence was confusing"
I did get my tickets in the end, but the confirmation email took longer than I was expecting, which made me a little anxious. I kept trying to piece together the pattern of what was supposed to arrive first, a receipt, then a ticket, or the actual ticket right away, and the email didn’t make that very clear. I had to read it a couple of times to figure out if I was actually ready to go or still waiting on something. Everything worked out, but when you’re planning a trip, that kind of uncertainty isn’t a great feeling.

"Really helpful for accessibility info"
I checked out Statue of Liberty before bringing my mom, since she can’t walk long distances really well anymore. The site made it easy to find the stuff we needed, like elevator info, ferry details, ramps, and which areas might be a little tougher to get to.

I really appreciated that the accessibility info was explained clearly and wasn’t hidden away in some tiny link. We felt much more prepared going in, and the visit went smoother than I expected. Definitely 5 stars from me

"Confusing and kind of a pain to use"
I tried using statueofliberty.org to figure out a visit, and it got frustrating fast. The pages felt a little all over the place, and I kept having to click around just to find basic stuff. Some of the links weren’t super clear, and when I got to the ticket info I started wondering if I was even in the right spot, because... I don’t know, it just didn’t feel straightforward. It also wasn’t great on my phone, so after a while I just gave up.

"Am I the only one who found ferry boarding super confusing?"
Am I the only one who thought the ferry boarding process was kind of a mess? The line was really confusing and moved so slowly, and different staff members kept giving us different directions. We came way too close to missing our time slot, which made the whole start of the visit way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Way too crowded and honestly frustrating"
I spent way too much time stuck in messy lines, and it really didn’t feel like the staff had the crowds under control. The whole place felt packed, and I ended up wasting half my day just waiting around. I get that busy days happen, but this was frustrating, and I’d at least expect an apology for how poorly it was handled.

"Cancellation was easy, refund took a little while"
I went with my gut and canceled, and the cancellation itself went through without any issues. The refund did come through in the end, it just wasn’t super quick. Overall, it was fine, just needed a bit of patience

"Honestly... not worth the hassle!!"
The whole visit just felt kind of messy?? The lines were confusing, the staff kept telling us different things, and the website wasn’t much help at all before we got there... The view was nice, sure!!! But with all the stress and the price, I really don’t think it was worth it for me.

"Official info was more confusing than I expected"
I thought the official site would make things easier, but I ended up clicking around way too much just to find basic visit info. Some pages were okay, but a lot of it wasn’t very clear or easy to follow. What made it more annoying was that the terms seemed to change or be worded differently in different places, so I wasn’t always sure what actually applied...

"Museum ended up being more stressful than fun"
I expected a relaxed little museum visit, but it ended up being kind of a letdown. The exhibits were boring, and I found myself getting more stressed than I thought I would just trying to make the trip feel worth it. Not the easy, enjoyable outing I had in mind.

"Feels way too overpriced"
I was disappointed. For what you actually get, the price just doesn’t make sense. I kept thinking, how is this okay? Definitely didn’t feel worth the money.

"Security line felt a little off"
The security screening took way longer than I expected, and I couldn’t really tell why the line was moving so slowly, which made me a bit suspicious. The staff were polite enough, though, so it wasn’t a terrible experience—just kind of frustrating

"Pricing felt unclear and frustrating"
The booking process was frustrating. The price looked one way at the start, but then extra charges seemed to pop up later. When I tried to understand why, it felt like everything was brushed off as some kind of policy, which just made it more annoying. I would’ve appreciated clear pricing upfront before getting to the payment step.

"I went recently, so it’s still..."
I went recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, and the place itself was actually nice. The disappointing part was the tour guide. He spoke really fast and came across like questions were more of an inconvenience than anything else.

A lot of the time, we could barely hear what he was saying, and he kept moving on before everyone had caught up. It made the whole thing feel rushed instead of enjoyable, like we were just being shuffled from one spot to the next.

Maybe I’m focusing on it more because it was my most recent tour experience, but for the price, I expected the guide to be at least decent. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t book the same tour again.

"Staff wasn’t super helpful"
The site itself was alright, but the staff didn’t really help much when I had questions. It’s hard to describe, but they seemed kind of rushed and just gave really short answers. I ended up leaving still confused, honestly.

"Checkout was fine, but instructions could be clearer"
The payment went through without any weird issues, so the checkout worked fine for me. I just wish the instructions were a little clearer along the way so I knew exactly what to expect.
